Breathtaking views from the top floor room.
The absence of an elevator turned our luggage into a frustrating ordeal. We had to lug our bags up several flights of stairs, and the staff really didn't care to help unless asked, making us feel like an inconvenience. the breakfast lacked any variety, only offering sweets, which was quite disappointing for someone hoping for a savory choice.

i was simply shocked to find no lift for my suitcase, while staff made it seem like a favor. breakfast only had sweets, no savory options, which is just ridiculous! a minibar would’ve been delightful but no one cared enough to provide even basic amenities. almost gave a great review, but just couldn’t, absolutely disgraceful!

We had a great time with friends! The hotel was right next to the lake and we rented bikes to explore. Don't miss out on Guido Berlucchi and Franciacorta Golf Club. they're fun spots to check out. Breakfast had delicious pastries and friendly staff made our stay memorable.
The room was pretty basic, and while it had air conditioning, it didn't blow cold air well, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
